Payment Terms and Conditions

Before submitting payment and enrolling, please review the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure each learner understands the responsibilities and requirements associated with participation in the training program.

Eligibility for Enrollment

  • To be eligible to enroll, individuals must:
  • Be at least 18 years of age or have legal consent to participate in workforce training.
  • Possess basic computer literacy and the ability to manage self-paced learning independently.
  • Commit to completing the program within the designated timeframe.
  • Learners should be motivated, organized, and prepared to engage in an online learning environment that requires self-discipline and regular communication with mentors and support staff.

Technology Requirements

  • Participation in the course requires:
  • A desktop or laptop computer with reliable internet access.
  • A modern web browser capable of accessing the learning platform.
  • An active email address to receive communications and updates.
  • Use of mobile devices (smartphones or tablets) is not recommended for full participation, completion of assignments, or access to all course materials.

Course Access and Duration

  • This training program is designed to be completed over a 10-week period. Learners will receive full access to the online Learning Management System (LMS) and course content for a total of nine (9) months from the official course start date.
  • During this time, learners are expected to complete all modules, assessments, and required activities. Mentor support is available during the first 10 weeks, but access to course content and resources remains open for nine months to allow for flexible completion.

Payment and Enrollment Process

  • Full payment is due at the time of enrollment. Enrollment is not confirmed until payment is received and processed. To ensure timely access to the course, payment must be received no later than four (4) weeks prior to the scheduled start date.
  • Learners who submit payment after the cutoff date may be deferred to the next available start date. Payment grants access to the Learning Management System (LMS) and any related materials or services.

Extension Policy

  • Learners who require additional time to complete the course may request an extension of up to three (3) additional months beyond the original course access period. Extensions are subject to availability and approval by the OCHIN+ Learning Team. A fee will apply for each month of extension and must be paid in full prior to the extension period beginning.
  • Extension requests must be submitted before the learner’s original access period ends. Requests submitted after expiration may not be honored.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations submitted at least fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the course start date are eligible for a partial refund, minus a cancellation fee and the cost of any materials already issued or ordered.
  • Cancellations received fewer than fourteen (14) days before the start date will incur the same cancellation fee and applicable deductions. Once course access is granted, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including non-participation or voluntary withdrawal.

Use of Training Materials and Systems

  • All course materials, digital content, and system access are for the enrolled learner’s personal use only. Learners may not share, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content, including videos, text, or downloadable resources, without prior written consent from OCHIN.
  • Violation of this policy may result in immediate dismissal from the program without refund and may lead to legal consequences.

Disclaimer of Employment and Certification Guarantee

Participation in or completion of the training program does not guarantee job placement, certification, or advancement. While the program is designed to build job-relevant skills and support professional readiness, certification and employment outcomes depend on a variety of external factors beyond the control of OCHIN.
