She started with an Associate’s Degree in Medical Insurance Billing and Coding, transferred into a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Administration, and now holds Master Degrees in both Health Services Administration and Adult Education and Development. She is passionate about coding, auditing, compliance, teaching, mentoring, and learning, she authored a book in ICD-10-CM, has spoken at several conventions, traveled to train providers and staff throughout the United States, and has worked with various healthcare settings as she continues to advance the business side of healthcare and becoming a Revenue Cycle Management expert.
